1. Acceptance

By using VØLT you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a plan.

3. What VØLT is

VØLT is an AI coaching platform: macro calculation, nutrition and workout tracking, AI-generated meal plans and training programs, progress analysis and an AI coach you can message. Coaching is delivered by AI, not by a human coach, on every tier unless a plan explicitly says otherwise.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your profile; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices shown in the app at the time of purchase govern. Each paid month also includes a Volts allowance (Ignition 50, Ascent 150, Summit 400, Apex 1,000) — see section 6.

5. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of a paid plan — email us within 30 days for a full refund of that charge. After 30 days, renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future billing.

6. Volts ⚡

Volts are in-app credits for VØLT features. You earn them (daily, weekly and monthly quests, streak milestones, course lessons, referrals and the monthly allowance on paid plans) or buy them in packs.

• What they're for. Extra AI use past your plan's daily allowance, one-off AI products (meal plans, training programs, weekly reports, physique reviews), boosts (Streak Shield, Pro Day Pass) and coach perks, which your coach fulfils personally. The price in Volts is shown before you confirm, and Volts are only spent when you choose to use them — never for use your plan already includes. If a coach perk can't be delivered, or an AI request fails after you paid for it, the Volts are returned.
• No cash value. Volts are not money, a deposit, a security or a cryptocurrency. They can't be exchanged for cash or crypto, sold, transferred or combined between accounts, and have no value outside VØLT.
• Buying Volts. Packs are priced in US dollars and sold by card and digital wallets through Stripe, or for crypto (USDC, USDT, BTC or XRP) sent directly to VØLT's wallet. A crypto quote holds for 30 minutes and must be paid with the exact amount, in the coin and on the network shown; BTC and XRP amounts are converted from US dollars when the quote is created. Payments sent in another coin, on another network or for a different amount may not be credited automatically — contact us and we'll match them by hand where we can — and coins sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable. Network and exchange fees are yours.
• Refunds. Purchased Volts you haven't spent can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email us. Card refunds go back to the original payment method; crypto refunds are sent in the same coin to a wallet address you give us, less the network fee. Earned Volts, monthly allowances and Volts already spent are not refundable. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the Volts it bought are removed.
• Earning rules. Quest rewards, caps, prices and the catalog may change; a change never affects something you've already confirmed. Referral bonuses are paid once the invited person completes their first weekly check-in — one invite per new account, used within 14 days of signing up, up to 10 rewarded referrals a month. We may remove Volts obtained through bugs, fraud, multiple accounts or self-referrals.
• Pro Day Pass gives you VØLT Ignition's AI features for 24 hours from purchase. Streak Shield counts one missed day (yesterday or today) toward your streak.
• Expiry. Volts don't expire while your account is open. They are forfeited when you delete your account or it is closed for breach of these terms. If we ever stop offering Volts, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can use them.

7. AI guidance and limits

AI-generated programs, macros, meal plans and feedback are estimates and may contain errors. Use judgement and professional advice before acting on them. Fair-use limits apply to AI features and vary by plan; the app shows your remaining allowance, and when you reach a limit you can choose to continue with Volts. Abuse — automated querying, resale of output, attempts to extract the underlying prompts — may result in suspension.

8. Your account and conduct

• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't attempt to manipulate prices, payments, or reach other users' data.
• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the platform.
• Don't upload photos of anyone but yourself, or content you don't have the right to upload.

9. Your content

Your progress photos, logs and messages remain yours. You grant VØLT the licence needed to store and process them to run the service — including sending the relevant parts to our AI providers to generate your coaching. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. The VØLT brand, programs and software remain ours.

10. Results

Results vary and depend on your own effort and consistency. We guarantee no specific outcome.

11. Liability

VØLT is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for injuries, health issues, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms. You may cancel or delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & Your Data. Deleting your account erases your data immediately and forfeits any Volts balance — see the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
